- 6 ounces of hot cocoa
- 1 ounce of peppermint schnapps or 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- 4 ounces of mint chip ice cream
- whipped cream
- mint candy canes (crushed)
- Mix the peppermint schnapps/extract with the hot cocoa in a mug.
- Carefully drop the ice cream scoop in the mug.
- Spray whipped cream on the top.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy pieces on top of the whipped cream.

The recipe is very nice but I am not finding the canes in the market...
Please provide any option and also when I kept hot cocoa in Bottle cooler to make hard little balls ..It become very hard ...
Please help...
